This project has been a long time coming, and we’re excited to finally launch it.
First and foremost, our mission is to help small-midsize businesses (SMBs) in B2B to compete and win in the Digital Age. This starts with the realization that the Digital Age has brought a new game with new rules and different strategies to win. Unfortunately, most small-midsize businesses aren’t responding nearly fast enough, if at all…and that needs to change.
The Digital Age is winner-take-all, and it’s all about scale. This is why consolidation is so prevalent in B2B today, with record mergers and acquisitions. Much like we’ve seen in countless other industries, like retail, automotive, or many others, big players get bigger, and smaller players get squeezed...unless they act. To compete in the Digital Age, SMBs must begin to adapt to the new game and produce their own scale, largely through digital.
That said, over 80% of digital transformation efforts fail today. So how can SMBs break this cycle and drive positive, effective transformation?
To start, transformation strategies need to combine foundation and digital elements together and address the critical prerequisites to transformation that cause too many firms' efforts to fail. Our approach to business transformation is a unique, holistic one.
In addition, there are some new tools today: generative AI and LLMs like ChatGPT. These tools are total game changers, and their impacts are simply enormous. And they’re available to anyone, right now, for free. We help B2B companies kick-start their adoption and begin to adapt to a very different paradigm.
Think of us as the "anti-McKinsey." Our aim is to move past the fragmented, once-size-fits-all, expensive playbooks of big companies and consultants. We're building the new B2B playbooks tuned to the new and very different era of AI, while others are moving far too slow. Our approach is a pragmatic and sensible one, designed for firms who realize the need to play "Moneyball." And our business model is much different than that of traditional consultants: In fact, our goal is to enable businesses to become self-sufficient at planning and executing their own transformation.
We work best with firms who can think critically—a little outside the box—and who want to do some smart, bold things to surpass the competition and win in the market. Our mission is to help those businesses compete and win in the digital age.
